If you have an existing account on Google AdWords or Bing AdCenter we will begin by have a discovery session so we can understand your business, its goals, objectives, PPC Budget, etc. After that, we will do a PPC audit of your account so we all know where it stands and what some of the actions we will need to undertake. The audit includes a competitive landscape review so we can see what the competition is doing and what you need to do to beat them. Once that is complete we will share our findings and start crafting a strategy to move your account forward. This strategy will include keyword research, bid strategy, test prioritization, landing page recommendations and continuous optimization of the account for improved performance.
If you do not have an account set up we will immediately begin by having a kickoff discovery meeting so that we can understand your business and its objectives with paid search. We will also work with you on establishing a budget for paid search if you do not currently have one. Once that is complete we will set you up with an account with analytics tracking. If you already have analytics for your website we will integrate that with your AdWords account. Once you account is set up we will proceed with a competitive landscape analysis and follow the process as outlined above.
